1. Overview
This policy explains how Space Obby Parkour (the “Game”, “we”, “us”) handles data when you play the Game or visit this website.
We do not ask you to register. The Game has no user accounts, no login, and no profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and we do not sell personal data.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Your progress and settings are saved locally on your device using the browser/app local storage, so they survive between sessions. This information stays on your device and is not uploaded to us:
- Progress: best score, last score, current level, highest unlocked level, and recent run history.
- Economy and items: gold balance, owned items, equipped gear (helmet, suit, thrusters), daily-bonus claim time, and subscription status.
- Preferences: language, sound/mute, graphics quality, and the FPS meter toggle.
Clearing the app’s data, or uninstalling it, deletes all of the above.
3. Data Collected by Third-Party Services
The mobile version of the Game includes services from Google that process data on their own infrastructure under their own privacy policies. Depending on the feature, these may collect device identifiers (such as an advertising ID), device and OS information, crash traces, and in-app event data:
- Google AdMob — shows rewarded and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional; you choose whether to watch one (for example, to continue after losing). Ads may use your advertising ID to serve and measure ads.
- Google Play Billing — processes gold packs and the Premium subscription. Payment details are handled entirely by Google; we never see or store your card details. We only learn whether a purchase succeeded.
- Firebase Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (for example, which levels are played) so we can improve the Game.
- Firebase Crashlytics — automatic crash and error reports so we can fix bugs.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications, if you allow them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google processes this data. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Google → Ads.
4. How We Use Data
- To save and restore your progress, gold and settings on your device.
- To fix crashes, improve performance and balance level difficulty.
- To show ads and to deliver the rewards you earn from watching them.
- To process in-app purchases and subscriptions, and to restore them.
- To meet legal obligations.
5. This Website
This is a static promotional site. It sets no tracking cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. Its images and 3D code are served from this site itself. The only third-party request it makes is for a web font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving that request, as with any web request. Links to Google Play open on Google’s own site, under Google’s policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Game is a general-audience casual game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. Parents can disable purchases and ad personalisation through their device and Google Play’s parental controls.
7. Data Security
Because the Game keeps your progress on your own device and we operate no user accounts, there is no player database to breach. For the limited data handled by the third-party services above, those providers apply their own industry-standard protections. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure.
8. Your Rights
You can, at any time and without contacting us:
- Delete all your data — clear the app’s storage or uninstall the Game.
- Reset ad tracking — reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Turn off notifications — in your device settings.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may also have the right to access, correct, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. Because we hold no accounts, such requests are usually best directed at Google for the services listed in section 3 — but you are welcome to contact us and we will help.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
